📋 Description

• Work on tools, infrastructure, and apps that scale Web3 platforms • Manage compilation of financial statements, oversee compliance, and resource allocation • Lead the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and review of journal entries • Lead NetSuite integration efforts to develop and create system improvements • Identify and implement process improvements in reporting processes • Oversee the preparation of internal management reporting • Partner with international accounting for intercompany reconciliations • Facilitate external audits with a Big 4 audit firm • Apply technical knowledge for complex accounting transactions • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in public accounting and/or in-house corporate accounting • Experience working at multinational companies, with management of international transactions in multiple currencies. • Knowledge of US GAAP & controlling, preferably with an experience in a SaaS or software development business • A Bachelor’s degree in business management, with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, ideally coupled with a CPA/ACCA or equivalent degree • Strong NetSuite implementation/integration experience • Strong analytical skills • Detail oriented and hands on • Excellent math, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills • Strong Excel and G-Suite skills • Basic understanding and passion for blockchain technology (industry experience preferred)
