• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners (OEM) to source new business and accelerate expansion opportunities. • Align partners with MetaRouter’s sales teams , ensuring strong collaboration on co-selling, deal execution, and implementation. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners, including joint sales plays, enablement, and account mapping. • Advocate for partners internally , shaping our partner strategy and deepening alignment with SIs and technology alliances. • Create partner enablement materials and processes to drive joint success and deal flow. • Collaborate with marketing on partner-led demand generation initiatives, such as co-marketing campaigns, events, and webinars.
• 7+ years in a quota-carrying partner-sourced sales or business development role. • Proven experience managing relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, or technology partners in martech, adtech, or data infrastructure. • Strong understanding of partner business models and co-sell strategies. • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and develop creative solutions to drive revenue. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. • Experience working with partners across North America and EMEA.
