📋 Description

• At MetaWealth, we are pioneering the future of institutional-grade real estate investing through our cutting-edge Real World Asset (RWA) Tokenization technology. • Our platform enables the tokenization of large real estate asset packages, making them accessible and liquid for investors worldwide. • Institutional DeFi is critical to our mission of global financial equity and growth and we are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Head of Institutional Sales and Partnerships to join the MetaWealth teams to drive adoption of Institutional DeFi via our Institutional-Grade Real Estate Product Offerings. • As the Head of Institutional Sales and Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by developing and enhancing relationships with key institutional clients, including large financial institutions, family offices, and neobanks. • You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales and partnership initiatives that align with our business goals and technological capabilities. • As the Head of Institutional Sales and Partnerships at MetaWealth, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage and build relationships with the world’s top technology, web3, and financial organizations. • In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our firm’s relationships with key partners and further develop our network across the sector.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development and sales with at least 5 years in the traditional financial services industry. • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with institutional clients. • Interest and strong understanding of the institutional DeFi market, in particular, in tokenized real world assets, adopters and the regulatory landscape. • Deep understanding of enterprise market dynamics, with a proven track record of successful partnerships, deals, and/or developing enduring senior-level relationships. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a focus on detail and executive presence. • Ability to discern industry needs and trends, effectively communicating insights to investment partners. • Established executive relationships within the technology and finance sectors, with a strong ability to independently manage those relationships. • Proven ability to self-start, operate autonomously, manage multiple priorities, independently contribute, ability to deal with ambiguity, and execute consistently in a dynamic environment. • Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • You are an analytical thinker, able to seek and understand data to build a strategy around and execute against. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
