Join Metro Physical Therapy's Talent Acquisition Team as our first Clinical Sourcing Specialist! We are seeking an innovative sourcer with a knack for identifying top clinical talent. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will provide dedicated support for our critical clinical positions in a highly competitive physical therapy space. We are looking for a motivated individual to help fuel our top of the funnel to support high volume recruitment goals. Our ideal candidate is a resourceful, proactive, creative thinker with deep sourcing abilities for hard to fill roles. You will bring your expertise in utilizing modern/untraditional sourcing techniques, with an emphasis on social media. We offer a dynamic work environment, growth opportunities, and the chance to impact healthcare by bringing in the most passionate and skilled clinicians.

Requirements

Min. 2 years of healthcare recruiting, with a focus on competitive sourcing • Experience sourcing for Physical Therapists is highly preferred • High technical proficiency, including the use of social media and niche sourcing platforms • Familiarity with modern internet recruiting/sourcing techniques • Proactive, self-starter with a can-do attitude • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Collaborator with a desire to learn • Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, etc • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and possess excellent customer service • Strong organizational and follow up skills
