• design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions to meet clients' business needs • write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code • contribute to a collaborative development environment • understand and navigate Salesforce's tri-annual release cycle • develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems • support planning and execution of Salesforce releases • analyze and optimize code for performance • create and maintain technical documentation • stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices
Requirements
• active secret clearance or ability to obtain • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL • 5+ Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration patterns • 3+ Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) • 3+ Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code) • strong understanding of Salesforce release management processes and best practices, including sandbox testing, regression testing, and production smoke testing
