🎯 Requirements

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels within the organization. • Exceptional data analysis and presentation skills – ability to pull data from various sources and to create information that is useful for making business decisions. • Familiarity with healthcare-specific predictive models and frameworks (e.g., hospital readmission models, patient flow models) • Ability to build reports that present complex data in a digestible and actionable format for healthcare professionals • Experience with working in a fast-paced agile environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work with others in a virtual team environment • Minimum of 5-8 years direct experience with 3+ years of management experience. • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, math, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or other related field preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL • ETL development and management • Strong statistical knowledge for interpreting clinical and operational data • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Point Click Care, Python/R & PowerBI experience • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or senior living industries
