📋 Description
• We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to support our clients as they navigate and optimize their use of our reporting and data aggregation platform. • This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with strong communication skills who can be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical support, and report customization tailored to their needs. • As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will play a critical role in driving customer success, providing technical guidance, and helping clients maximize the platform's capabilities to extract valuable insights from their data.
🎯 Requirements
• SQL • Reporting Tools – Familiarity with platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. • Data Integration – Understanding of pulling data from multiple sources and structuring it for reporting. • Strong Communication and ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. • Experience with digital advertising technology is a significant bonus. • Customer Support & Relationship Management • Python • Become an expert on reporting platforms, understanding their features, capabilities, and integrations. • Assist new customers in navigating and utilizing the platform efficiently. • Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests, changes, and troubleshooting. • Modify and generate reports by integrating data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance. • Work with Python, SQL, and reporting tools to extract, transform, and present data. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues and ensure smooth client experiences. • Maintain strong relationships with customers by proactively addressing their concerns and identifying opportunities for platform optimization.
