📋 Description
• Responsible for advising clients on tax implications of business objectives • Evaluate and select actions to lessen tax burden and compliance costs • Identify methods of complying with tax regulations • Communicate potential tax risks and policy changes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; Master of Tax preferred • Minimum 6 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or related experience • Licensed CPA required or J.D., LL.M, or EA required • Proficient in state and local tax with an emphasis in corporate tax and partnership taxation • Experience with multi-state individual taxation is a plus • Previous experience supervising and training Staff and Seniors preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational techniques are required • Highly motivated and experienced in managing multiple client engagements • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
