Description

• Overall responsible for leading the Learning team • Accountable for the team’s success as a whole • Work with product management and UX designers to ensure product strategy is feasible • Deliver on the product roadmap and help team set quarterly goals (OKRs) • Identify technical and process-oriented issues and resolve them • Help team members with their career development • Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback • Involved in hiring senior engineers and managers • Influence the strategy of the engineering department • Cultivate an inclusive team culture

Requirements

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience, including in a senior role • At least 2 years of management experience, including as manager of senior engineers and tech leads • Experience managing managers is a plus • Extensive full stack web development experience, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, backend development and SQL databases • Any experience with our tech stack (Vue.js, C#, Postgres) is a large plus point • Extensive experience working cross-functionally with product management, UX and QA
