Description

• Join our innovative and fast-growing AI robotics company as an Accounting Specialist. • Support our global finance operations, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. • Enter and manage expense transactions using accounting and expense tools. • Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections, to maintain optimal cash flow. • Reconcile daily banking activities and close sales opportunities in Salesforce. • Oversee vendor payment schedules to guarantee timely processing. • Collaborate with global teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. • Prepare and file U.S. sales tax returns in accordance with regulatory requirements. • Conduct monthly global bank reconciliations. • Manage U.S. 1099 filings and annual global compliance filings. • Facilitate clear communication between U.S. and German teams on financial matters. • Adapt to the rapid growth and dynamic pace of an AI robotics environment. • Collaborate closely with global operations and finance teams to align financial processes. • Ensure timely processing in coordination with department heads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 2+ years of post-degree experience in accounting. • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles. • Proactive communication skills for effective cross-department and international collaboration. • Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects while organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A curious mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, and adapting to change. • Experience working in start-up or scale-up environments. (Nice-to-Haves) • Proficiency in German language skills is a plus. (Nice-to-Haves) • Knowledge of HGB (German Accounting Principles). (Nice-to-Haves)
