• Input and maintain accurate data in company databases • Verify and validate data to maintain data quality • Update and maintain existing records in the database system • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy • Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data • Assist in generating reports and data summaries • Collaborate with team members for efficient data management processes • Adhere to data privacy and security protocols • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Demonstrated excellent typing speed and accuracy • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Basic computer troubleshooting skills • Previous data entry experience preferred • Familiarity with database management systems • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
