Description

β€’ Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue leads within the health and wellness sector through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. β€’ Sales Calls: Conduct persuasive and informative sales calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services and converting leads into sales. β€’ Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support to facilitate their integration with our products/services. β€’ Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. β€’ Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service. β€’ Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. β€’ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. β€’ Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible work environment. β€’ Knowledge or interest in health and wellness products/services is preferred. β€’ Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication tools. β€’ Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with compensation based on performance.
