📋 Description

• Encourage integration of offsite solutions with integrated MiTek products into designs to enhance sales. • Influence structural engineers, owners, developers, general contractors, turn-key framers, and architects to understand their needs and incorporate Company components into construction materials. • Collaborate with internal teams to execute design engagement programs that support customer satisfaction and promote off-site components. • Enhance the integration of offsite solutions with integrated MiTek products into designs by leveraging technical expertise to inspire and guide design experts in the residential building industry. • Educate and excite key stakeholders about new and existing Company innovations. • Grow the use of offsite solutions with integrated MiTek products by understanding technical and non technical building challenges from structural engineers, builders, developers, general contractors, large framers, and architects. • Provide input on solutions promoting company products. • Share customer feedback and insights with internal departments to support development of product solutions that improve customer experience. • Manage accounts and support complex customer needs. • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. • Independently identify opportunities and develop and execute on strategies to grow sales. • Maintain a market development database that includes the key accounts and prospects, the key builders, framers, engineers and building officials within the district. • Stay current on industry trends and emerging practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a related field required • 4+ years of customer relationship management experience required • 2+ years of Home Building and/or Residential Construction Industry experience required • Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications and the use of CRM applications such as Salesforce required • Licensed Professional Engineer with any State Board highly preferred • Valid drivers' license and proof of auto insurance required. • 50% travel required
