Description

• Own and manage all elements of MiLa’s DTC Shopify website. • Understand technical requirements and translate them into product features. • Collaborate with engineering teams and UI teams to define product architecture and design for the website. • Analyze customer journey and funnel to inform site roadmap. • Report on conversation rate trends and drivers weekly. • Understand customer behavior and drive UI improvements to reduce friction in buying journey.

Requirements

• Proficient in Shopify and GA4 • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals • Data analysis and interpretation skills • A/B testing and experimentation • User experience (UX) and user interface (UI) knowledge • Proven track record working with engineering teams, including technical expertise needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Proficient in Excel
