📋 Description

• Develop and implement CRM strategies: Create and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on customer segmentation, personalized messaging, and lifecycle marketing. • Optimize customer lifecycle: Develop and refine customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion rate, and retention at each stage of the customer lifecycle. • Oversee CRM system: Manage and optimize our CRM platform (e.g., Klaviyo, Postscript) to ensure data integrity, efficient automation, and effective campaign execution. • Manage agency relationships: Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors that support CRM initiatives, ensuring effective communication, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Brand, Growth Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations support teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction. • Stay ahead of industry trends: Research and recommend new CRM technologies, best practices, and emerging trends to continuously improve our CRM program.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience: 8+ years of experience in a CRM management role, preferably in a B2C environment. • Problem-solving and analytical skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail; can independently interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions • Strong CRM expertise: Deep understanding of CRM principles, best practices, and technologies.
