Description

• Responsible for managing viable sites for charging infrastructure deployment. • Support permitting and grid connection processes. • Oversee contracting for locations and creating agreements. • Identify potential locations and negotiate contracts with owners/operators. • Build relationships with external stakeholders and update internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in site contracting within commercial real estate or similar field. • Experience with acquisition/contracting for charging solutions or complex electrical projects preferred. • Strong at negotiating contracts, networking and identifying future risks. • Extensive commercial business development experience, identifying interesting opportunities. • Ability to convert opportunities into strategy, improvements or innovations for better business performance. • Affinity with the renewable energy sector/e-mobility is a plus. • Excellent German and English skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate well with stakeholders. • Eager to learn new skills and resilient.
