Description

• We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Workday Integrations Developer. • The candidate for this role will innovate, design, and build integrations for HR and Finance solutions to 3rd party systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and configure, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations solutions. • Collaborate with peers to write, review and provide feedback on technical design proposals and participate in and contribute to code reviews. • Write scalable tests, release plans, and end-user documentation to support our fast-growing organization. • Resolve integration issues requiring in-depth expertise in the Workday solution. • Deliver Workday improvements, bug fixes, data setup, define test regression and acceptance criteria. • Work closely with the internal IT support team and business users to understand business requirements, including working with 3rd party integrators. • Provide recommendations for standard practices pertaining to integration design and development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise-level integrations with a focus on performance, scalability, and security • 5+ years hands-on experience configuring, developing and testing integrations on the Workday platform • Workday Studio certification and BIRT Knowledge. • 3+ years’ experience with full-lifecycle project implementations • Workday Integrations experience must include financials modules: financial accounting, Procure 2 Pay and banking, HR modules: HCM Core, Recruiting, Benefits and Global Payroll. • Knowledge of SOAP and RESTful web services for integration with external systems. • Expertise in using Workday's data transformation tools (e.g., calculated fields, business processes, report definitions) to manipulate and process data. • Ability to develop and consume custom APIs to integrate Workday with other systems. • Understanding of security best practices for Workday integrations, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for hosting and managing integrations. • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
