📋 Description
• Assist in creating, developing, and executing digital strategy across digital products in retail systems environment. • Acts as the champion of the user’s needs. • Develops and maintains product backlog and feature roadmap. • Collaborates with teams to refine product requirements. • Defines product features and requirements and leads implementation of new products and updates. • Ensures necessary testing is conducted and documented. • Identifies opportunities and trends from the digital marketplace. • Leads a team of product managers to cultivate a product-centric ethos. • Manages vendor and stakeholder relationships. • Researches emerging technologies for optimization. • Sets product management best practices. • Measures and analyzes impact of existing processes and capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 8 years of experience in product or delivery management, preferably within digital. • 6-8 years experience in managing backend eCommerce and retail systems, including one or more of the following: ERP, OMS, WMS
