Description

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. • Ensure squad roadmaps are compelling, driving meaningful and impactful customer outcomes. • Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for product differentiation. • Collaborate closely with enterprise customers to deeply understand their requirements and pain points, translating them into actionable product solutions. • Drive excellence across the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, prioritization, requirements gathering, design, development, launch, and GTM (Go-to-Market).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B software products or platforms. • Demonstrated experience in the fitness and wellness industry, with a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and market dynamics. • Strong strategic thinking and ability to define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Experience in building and leading high-performing product management teams. • Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable, impactful product roadmaps and experiences. • Experience in developing specialized payments products. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present ideas to executive leadership. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience driving a culture that leverages metrics and user insights to drive product decisions.
