Description
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity of business requirements • Develop functional and non-functional IT requirements and use cases • Manage changes to requirements and serve as a primary contact between stakeholders and product teams • Maintain requirements documentation and perform quality assurance tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) • 4+ years of relevant work experience • Expertise in business requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, and methodology development • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Salesforce, and Jira • Ability to work independently with proven project management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies (Preferred) • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA (Preferred)
