• As an IT Recruiter you will be part of the Operations Team, and your focus and specialty will be Recruitment. • With this role you will interact with everyone in the company, and very closely with our Account Owners and development teams. • In this role you be responsible for your own Pipelines and full process of the candidates such as CV screening, Booking Interviews, conducting technical screening questions and Cultural Interviews. • You will also be responsible for advertisement and publishing our needs and source candidates to attract and find the best talent. • We are looking for experienced IT recruiters in hiring world-class Software, Data, Cloud, Platform, Mobile and Quality Assurance Engineers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads and solutions Architects. • Being able to put people first is key for this role: communication, trust and collaborative work, will be as relevant as any other skills, capability or experience. • You will be contributing to the decision making process, by also creating and analyzing relevant data, that will ensure business sustainability. • At the moment we are looking for people based in Portugal, Porto and Aveiro are a preference but not mandatory.

• Screening CV's • Booking Technical interview • Conduct 1st Call with Tech Screening questions • Booking and conducting Cultural Interviews • Retrieve information on needs and explore the market to find the best talent. • Close contact with our Partners from Consultancy companies • Understand the several needs and urgency from projects and find the best match for all of them. • publishing Job Specs and be part of employer branding campaigns. • all the tasks above presented • Thinking creatively on how and where to attract talented candidates; • Evaluating the competence of candidates against the technical needs of the team/project. • Being self-driven, energetic, disciplined and be able to take a loose project description and drive it to completion, with little help; • Knowing what to do whilst not having a to-do list from anyone and accept challenges that need birdseye view and attention to detail; • Knowing your value and feeling assured of your role in the group/team - self awareness is a must; • Always aspiring to do a great job, no matter how big or small the task is; • Engaging with people around you and striving to have mostly a positive impact; • Understanding and evaluating technical roles and technical skills; • Developing relationships with a focus on sponsoring events (such as technical meetups) and building brand awareness; • exploring leads, whether you’re working on an active search, reading a tech blog, or looking through the latest headlines; • Ability to identify challenges, and develop creative solutions and ensure smooth processes • Work closely with tech teams to understand job requirements, ensuring alignment of sourcing strategies with hiring needs.
