Description

• We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in mortgages and lending to join our team. • In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of our mortgage products, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with market demands. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, to deliver user-centric solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. • Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client. You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in product management, with experience in software products. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. • Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement. • Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform product decisions. • Experience in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in tools related to product management (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Productboard). • Strong passion for technology and its implications for user experience.
