📋 Description

• Mindoula is a next generation population health management company that identifies, engages, and serves populations with complex behavioral health, medical, and social challenges across the continuum of care. • This person will lead the development, implementation, and management of data platform initiatives to facilitate innovation and growth in this dynamic and impactful field. • Develop and execute the data architecture & engineering roadmap; partner with peers in product, engineering, data science, AI, and BI. • Design and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support ingestion, integration, and transformation of healthcare data. • Implement data management best practices, including data cleansing, data enrichment, and data lifecycle management. • Collaborate with the information security and legal teams to establish data privacy and security protocols. • Cultivate and lead a high-performing data architecture, engineering, and management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field. • An advanced degree is preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, management, and governance in a complex organization. • In-depth knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles. • Significant hands-on experience with modern data platforms (AWS), including real-time streaming, data lakes, and data lake house architectures. • Track record of delivering enterprise-grade data pipelines with technologies like Spark, dbt, Airflow/Dagster, or equivalent. • Familiarity with healthcare data, behavioral health data, or electronic health records (EHRs) is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and HIPAA/HITRUST compliance requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Proven leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring a small, agile data engineering/architecture team to achieve strategic goals. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
