Description

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. • Develop and maintain detailed business documentation including use cases, process flows, and functional specifications. • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. • Assist in the creation of project roadmaps, timelines, and business models. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards. • Monitor project progress and assist in identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that business requirements are met. • Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams to facilitate effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the technology sector, preferably in AI or software development environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Slack). • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
