📋 Description

• Minted is seeking a Brand Communications Manager (Temporary) to join our world-class Brand Communications team. In this role, you’ll drive media relations and paid media initiatives, helping elevate Minted’s brand presence across top-tier publications and channels. • The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven PR professional with 5-7+ years of media relations experience (agency experience preferred). • You have a proven track record of securing impactful media placements, managing complex projects under tight deadlines, and working cross-functionally to execute high-impact campaigns. • Your strong media relationships, exceptional communication skills, and deep understanding of lifestyle consumer brands—especially in the wedding, retail and design industries—make you a perfect fit for this role. • This position reports to the Senior Director, Brand Communications and works cross-functionally with the Influencer, Affiliate, Growth Marketing, Social and Brand Teams to drive effective and engaging communications and paid media strategies. • This is a temporary role that is anticipated to run May 2025 - January 2026. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in media relations, agency experience preferred. • A proven ability to achieve business objectives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, complex environment. • Strong media relationships, an excellent pitching track-record and ability to generate consistent top-target results. • Depth of knowledge in lifestyle consumer brands with a strong affinity for design. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging storytelling approach.
