📋 Description
• MIRA-Search is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. • In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company. • Your primary responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Developing and presenting proposals that effectively communicate MIRA-Search’s value proposition. • Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies. • Tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance to the management team. • Participating in networking events and industry conferences to represent MIRA-Search and generate leads.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the marketing or technology sector. • Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
