• Mira Search is hiring a Regional Manager CS to lead customer service teams. • Develop service standards and oversee telemarketing campaigns. • Monitor KPIs and enhance service quality through feedback analysis. • Collaborate with marketing and sales for seamless customer experience. • Train and develop team members continuously.
🎯 Requirements
• Higher education (preferably in management, marketing, or communications). • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of contact center technologies and tools. • Proven experience in managing customer service teams across multiple channels (chat and telephony). • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team. • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in Russian and English languages.
