Description

• Provide HR support, advice and coaching to managers on people-related matters including employee relations, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and recruitment best practices • Support onboarding and offboarding activities • Provide guidance on all policies and procedures • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers • Ensure practice compliance relative to GDPR, pre-employment screening, and required labor practices • Act as business partner to help teams achieve business objectives • Play an integral role in company culture fostering engaged teams, innovation, productivity, and a sense of purpose and ownership • Support employee development, performance management, and workforce planning, reinforcing a strong performance culture • Work closely with leadership to proactively address organizational issues • Develop strong partnerships with business leaders to promote value-added services that maximize People Operations contribution

Requirements

• Track record of successful HR administration and employee relations experience • Excellent fluency with English speaking and writing skills required • Hands-on experience with recruitment, employee relations, compensation/benefits and staff development. • Excellent interpersonal influence and communication skills • Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and a consultative approach • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives and successfully manage multiple stakeholders. • CIPD HR certification, Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or the equivalent skills and knowledge gained through progressive experience in the field of HR • Solid understanding of UK employment laws and compliance, immigration best practices, and employment contract administration • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS system usage • Ability to travel to London and Leeds offices, as needed
