Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the printing industry • Minimum 2 years experience working in Prepress • Familiarity with print production processes and terminology • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Proficiency with customer service software and tools
