📋 Description

• MixMode is the leader in delivering AI cybersecurity solutions at scale • Looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead AI strategy and development • Help build AI development infrastructure and set technical standards • Expert in building AI models from time-series data and production • Identify and prioritize AI projects of high business impact • Collaborate effectively with product owners • Define technical direction and architecture for AI platform • Oversee implementation and continuous deployment of AI platform • Develop engineering strategies and best practices • Mentor and grow a world-class team of engineers and data scientists

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing one or more engineering teams utilizing Scrum/Agile • 3+ years of work experience in Machine Learning, AI and Data Science with a proven track record to drive innovation and business impacts • 3+ years of experience with managing a team of data scientists, ML and AI researchers and engineers creating production ready algorithms • Strong foundation in statistical platforms such as Python, R, SAS, or MatLab • Strong programming skills in Object-Oriented and Functional programming styles in languages such as Python, Java, and Scala • Strong Knowledge of the theory and applications of AI, time series data (e.g. understanding of Koopman operator theory), data science, unstructured data analytics, supervised/unsupervised learning • Demonstrated commitment to learning about AI through your own initiatives through courses, books, or side projects • Experience in data visualization solutions and data visualization tools is a plus
