📋 Description

• Mixpanel is an event analytics platform for builders who need answers from their data at their fingertips—no SQL required. • Assist the accounting team in creating accurate and timely financial statements and records for the Company. • Preparing and recording journal entries for various expense and balance sheet accounts such as monthly accruals, reclass entries and depreciation. • Maintaining and reconciling several balance sheet accounts such as liability and/or fixed asset accounts. • Reviewing and approving items such as invoices, purchase orders or expense reports for proper coding, support and compliance • Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for assigned areas • Analyzing and reporting on financial trends month over month for assigned financial statement line items, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Assisting with special projects as needed, including supporting in annual audit requests • Streamline workbooks and processes as applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Moderate to Advanced Excel skills • Experience with NetSuite or equivalent • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a changing environment • Demonstrated the highest level of integrity in all situations • Strong analytical skills and is a self-starter
