📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in developing and implementing brand strategies across multiple channels. • Oversee and manage all social media platforms, ensuring cohesive and engaging brand messaging. • Develop and execute effective marketing and branding plans in line with company objectives. • Design and produce visual and written content, including ads, social media posts, and promotional materials. • Create and edit videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with brand standards. • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current marketing campaigns. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, engagement, and sales data to evaluate marketing effectiveness. • Conduct research on consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support informed decision-making. • Work with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment on brand messaging and strategy. • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials reflect a unified and professional brand identity. • Coordinate and schedule sales appointments and meetings. • Prepare, format, and proofread business documents, reports, and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). • Strong copywriting skills with experience in developing marketing content. • Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a similar role. • Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and generating actionable insights. • Ability to organize complex information into digestible and engaging content. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Background in Social Media management for U.S. startup. • Previous experience working as a brand manager with proven track record. • Experience with ChatGPT or other AI-driven tools for content ideation and refinement. • Experience developing audience and increasing brand awareness and impressions. • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
