Requirements
•Bachelor's degree required. •Minimum of 5 years experience in operations or project management •Experience in corporate recruitment across entry-level and experienced roles is a plus •Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously •Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Ability to build relationships and lead without authority •Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
