Requirements

• Deep understanding of the CPaaS industry, including communication channels like SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Google RCS, EMail and other messaging platforms. • Background in engineering, computer science or related fields. • Basic understanding SaaS and cloud technologies. • Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot/Salesforce), presentation tools, Jira, Slack and Google-Suite. • At least 2 years of experience in Pre Sales or similar customer-facing roles within the SaaS, CPaaS, Voice- or Call-Center industry. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. • Proven track record in B2B technology sales, focusing on new business development. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. • Fluency in English, with additional languages being an advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments. • Stay updated on CPaaS and Call-Center trends, best practices and competitor offerings. • Provide market insights to inform strategic decision-making. • Consultative approach and adaptability. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Keen learner, especially useful for understanding specific industries (e.g., Gaming, Logistics, E-Commerce, Healthcare, Travel).
