Description

• MoCaFi is committed to building a financial services platform that helps America’s marginalized communities create wealth through better access to public, private, and social capital. • The Senior Project Manager will help lead the successful implementation of several large and complex programs. • You will manage resources, schedules, and client expectations throughout the program planning and deployment phases. • Contributions to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving program delivery are highly valued.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Project Management experience • Extensive knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques - PMP and/or Agile and/or Six Sigma certifications • Experience using Project Management software • Understanding of the interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations • Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating innovation and excellence • Ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Support diverse and inclusive work environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ClaritySoft CRM, flowcharting software • Experience in the financial services or payments industry • Client service experience • Experience working in a startup environment • Must be authorized to work in the United States
