• At least 3 years strong tactical executional experience with all paid media channels, with particular focus on Google and Facebook. • Proven track record and comprehension of performance metrics including ROI, on-site conversions, cost and click performance, impressions/total reach, website traffic, etc. • Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem • Being data-savvy, with a good grasp of both web and mobile user behavior and analytics, and able to implement campaigns based on performance data in a user-friendly manner. • Experience with our marketing tech stack: Mixpanel, Segment, Webflow, Adjust • Knowledge of A/B testing and reporting • Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational and collaborative skills • An interest in environments that require a lot of context switching and managing multiple priorities
