• Model N is hiring a Sr. Consultant, Chargebacks for our Business Services team. • The Sr. Consultant will play an essential role in supporting membership and chargeback processing for our life science customer base. • The Chargeback Sr. Consultant is a subject matter expert that other operation team members may query and receive advice and guidance with questions in their area of expertise. • This role can be fully remote.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or other applicable business experience. • 6+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry with chargebacks and membership is required. • Understanding of pharmaceutical discount contracts, EDI, class of trade and customer identifiers • Experience working in mandated deadline environment; effective management of multiple client assignments; ability to prioritize. • Excellent oral and written skills • High accuracy rate and attention to detail; ability to produce client-ready deliverables to a high-level executive/professional client base. • Experience with Microsoft Office products required and knowledge of advance Excel techniques such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data importing are desired. • Experience in and ability to learn standard industry systems environment. • Able to manage multiple and competing tasks across functional areas is essential. • Experience achieving and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and operational rules and procedures by ensuring that all plans and activities are met with “best” industry practices.
