Description

• Modern Health is looking for a Lead Program Manager to drive strategic programs. • This role sits on the Tech team and reports directly to the Director of Product Operations and Analytics. • Focus on driving programs that help critical products be built and launch successfully. • Establish, enhance, and document Tech team processes that will help the business scale effectively. • Strengthen feedback loops between Tech & Go-to-Market counterparts. • Enable more data-informed roadmap development. • Daily management of the program lifecycle, including defining metrics, measuring progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years demonstrated track record of program management and operational experience • Experience working in high-performing product teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, early & rapid testing, and outcomes over output • Strong organizational and program management skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles • High EQ, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including comfort and experience interfacing with executive leadership • Proven ability to collaborate and drive alignment with cross-functional teams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems; ability to think strategically • Comfortable with ambiguity and driving for clarity • Humble, scrappy, and thrive in fast-paced environments • Passionate about the mental health space • 2+ years of experience in digital health (Bonus) • High-growth startup experience (Bonus)
