Description

• Leadership through involvement in client and team management, process design and implementation. • Support a Portfolio manager in autonomously delivering a book of business. • Responsible for project and data analysis, meeting coordination, and team training. • Supervision of project delivery for Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model use-cases. • Manage risks and issues and undertake necessary recovery actions. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase satisfaction and revenue opportunities. • Document project and process resources arising from service delivery.

Requirements

• Degree level qualification from an accredited university or equivalent work experience preferred • 3-8 years project management experience, preferably in a technical or managed services field. • 3+ years client facing or relationship management experience. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Solid understanding of best practice in data management • Advanced Excel skills • A recognized Project Management certification is desired.
