Description

• Responsible for supporting leadership by analyzing business processes, systems, and technologies. • Maintaining and configuring various business systems, ensuring effective operation. • Serves as a systems administrator/coordinator for relevant business systems. • Acts a subject matter expert for technology changes and updates. • Provides second level of technical support for teams using business systems. • Assists team members with technology-related questions and solutions. • Conducts regular audits of business systems for compliance and efficiencies. • Maintains awareness of business needs and technology impacts. • Develops and manages ad-hoc reports to identify trends and track performance. • Conducts evaluations of existing business processes for improvements. • Acts as a resource for real-time operational adjustments. • Provides mentoring and support to junior team members. • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. • Seven (7) plus years’ experience in business operations and software solutions. • Seven (7) plus years’ experience in Data Analysis. • Extensive experience working with large-scale software solutions and systems. • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Healthcare Industry Experience Required. • Collaboration with Product Management & Engineering. • Domain Knowledge in call center solutions and related services. • Requirements Gathering & Documentation skills. • Experience integrating third-party tools and building custom solutions. • Experience with Complex Systems. • Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical and communication skills. • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. • Proactive, critical thinking with accountability. • Effective program management capabilities.
