• Responsible for supporting the in-house legal team by managing litigation intake and updates • Coordinates billing processes and drafts legal correspondence • Primary point of contact for intake and tracking of litigation matters • Maintains and updates the litigation docket and case management system • Organizes and maintains case files, pleadings, discovery documents, and court filings • Manages litigation billing and invoice processing • Reviews and tracks legal spend, ensuring proper budgeting • Communicates with internal departments and outside counsel regarding litigation updates • Maintains organized electronic and physical legal files • Schedules and coordinates meetings, depositions, and court appearances
