Description

• Responsible for regular monitoring for all projects/areas within span of control. • Provides corporate project leadership for transportation related projects; building strong cross-functional relationships. • Drive operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; analyzing data. • Improves systems and processes by studying current practices and designing modifications. • Serves as a systems administrator/coordinator for our capacity planning program. • Manages data related to logistics and transportation management. • Maintains awareness of the Workforce Management Teams’ business needs and processes. • Uses Ad hoc reports to identify tracks and trends to increase operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required. • Three (3) plus years of relevant work experience. • Experience working with large software solutions. • Effective communication and ability to work closely with all levels of management in varying departments. • Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical and communication skills as well as team leadership skills. • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. • Ability to motivate teams around a common goal and strive toward excellence. • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to create reports and mine data using Tableau. • Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, can learn quickly, and think creatively. • Strong planning and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail an accuracy. • Excellent verbal and written skills required, including strong presentation skills. • Proactive, critical thinking and ability to hold processes accountable required. • Effective program management capabilities to lead initiatives and facilitates cross-functional collaboration and support. • Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures. • Ability to organize and direct oneself and effectively provide guidance. • Knowledge of general statistics and familiarity with trending, time-series analysis and regression analysis.
