Description

• Responsible for managing the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of software solutions and products. • Directs the software engineering function, including the design, development, troubleshooting and debugging of software programs for software enhancements and new products. • Oversees the development of software and software tools used for design, infrastructure and platforms. • Determines hardware compatibility and/or hardware design. • Collaborates closely with peers to ensure specifications across the teams are well-defined and synchronized. • Works with software engineering leaders to plan sprint cycles and help translate business requirements into technical and testing specifications. • Oversees the strategy for test automation at an organizational level to ensure adequate regression coverage of existing applications. • Responsible for the definition, planning, and execution of manual and automated testing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred. • Six (6) plus years technology experience. • Two (2) plus years of leadership experience. • Experience with Test Case Management solutions such as TestRail, HP ALM, and similar technologies. • Five plus years of experience leading Systems Testing, Integration Testing, Test Automation, Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing. • Five plus years of experience building IT quality strategies that address process improvements leading to efficiencies and effectiveness. • Three plus years of experience leading automated testing using Selenium and Appium with Java, .NET, or similar technologies. • Two years of experience leading Performance Testing using JMeter or similar technologies. • Experience interfacing with a diverse range of team members, including IT and non-IT teams. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment supporting a broad and diverse portfolio of applications.
