• Responsible for all tasks during the orientation experience • Facilitates and conducts virtual training sessions for caregivers across multiple branches • Ensures that all caregivers complete the required onboarding and orientation documentation • Accurately updates HHA with caregiver orientation attendance, dates/times, and pay information • Proactively follows up with caregivers who have not completed the orientation paperwork • Maintains clear communication between caregivers and Regional Managers • Collaborates with the Welcome Team and Operations teams for compliance • Monitors and reports the orientations status of caregivers • Takes charge of the new hire orientation process • Effectively communicates all preemployment requirements to new hires • Actively participates in team meetings • Contributes to the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Maintains access to and ensure the security of highly sensitive materials • Ensures the maintenance of project productivity and quality goals • Communicates with team members and departmental managers • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned
• High School Diploma required • Two (2) plus years of experience • Experience facilitating Orientation and virtual training is preferred • Bilingual preferred, English and Spanish • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience • Exceptional communication with team members and departmental manager(s) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • An energetic pace along with a positive attitude • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with organizational team members • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time
