📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. • You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Duties include answering incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, assisting customers with product information, orders, and account inquiries, and resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly.
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills • Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions • Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and information retrieval • Typing skills to enter customer data accurately • Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting a diverse customer base
