• Assist client care team in guiding clients through the intake process. • Assist in keeping track of unpaid balances and contacting clients. • Create payment plans with clients when necessary. • Issue Invoices for clients and assist with their questions and concerns regarding billing. • Keep updated records and create reports. • Review insurance coverage and benefits related to mental health for clients and communicate this information to them in a clear and succinct manner. • Submit claims to insurance for the sessions that clients have taken at Sun Point. • Check Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for particular cases. • Contact member services when it is needed to get further clarification on benefits/claims. • Other duties as assigned.
• Bilingual – English (C1/C2 level) and Spanish • Previous experience in client care/customer service • Entry Level • Full time availability • Internet Connection - 50 to 100 Mbps download speeds, and at least 10 Mbps upload speeds
