Description

• Provides a variety of technical operating and service advice to customers using AWP products • Assists customers with their service training needs and information • Assists engineering with the improvement and development of AWP products • Requires up to 70% travel in West Coast Territory • Responsible for customer support and technical expertise to facilitate service advice

Requirements

• Must be located in one of the states in the territory - Northern California, Southern Oregon or Northern Nevada • High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of related experience (field service, operations management, product support, shop floormen, OEM support, technical customer support, or similar) • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills • Valid driving license with clean driving records • Knowledge of construction equipment
