• Are you a Marketer ready to take on the challenge of defining a new category? • Are you incredibly creative, able to get under the skin of your customers and use insights to create a vivid brand world? • Before we talk about our product and mission, let’s be clear that although we’re tackling men’s sexual problems right now, you don’t need to be a guy to apply. • We want to hear from candidates of all genders. • You’ll work closely with the founders, report to our CEO, and take ownership of the brand, creative and organic side of marketing. • What you will really be doing is figuring out how to create a category and dominate it. • We are the biggest digital solution in this colossal and growing space. • As we are an early-stage start-up, there is room for you to have a huge impact on the future of the company and a large amount of autonomy to shape your role and get stuck in.

Requirements

• Someone with +5 years experience working in marketing teams • Experienced working in cross-functional teams with designers and copywriters. • A talented marketer and strong copywriter. • A systems thinker able to look at the strategy and ruthlessly prioritize accordingly. • Someone with a strong growth mindset, able to pick things up and learn. • Comfortable project managing and most joy in getting things done. • Compassion, empathy, understanding, or interest in mental health • Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest tools and trends
