• This is a remote position. • About Monaire: a technology enabled HVAC and Refrigeration management service • Helping small business owners save time and money by reducing energy and repair bills, food loss, and downtime • Leads sales in pursuit of scaling Monaire to 1000+ locations by the end of 2024 • Building relationships with owners and managers of restaurants, gas station convenience stores, and small businesses
• 2+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or a relatable field and industry • Understanding of operations in restaurants, gas station convenience stores or retail • Dependable transportation (mileage will be reimbursed) • Excellent communication, organizations, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Experience with solutions selling • General technical proficiency with using and conducting customer demos with software • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with customers • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team setting • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible • Proficiency in using Zoho/SalesForce/Zendesk CRM platforms or a similar customer relationship management system • Passion for Monaire's vision and values • Experience with HVAC and Refrigeration systems (preferred) • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies to promote customer solutions (preferred)
