Description
Monarch is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive affiliate marketing initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to improve our marketing strategy. You will develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. You will optimize existing affiliate relationships to maximize performance and ROI. You will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader objectives. You will dive deep into data to provide insights on affiliate program performance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in partner or affiliate management, including experience with affiliate networks, platforms, and agencies. Skilled performance marketer with deep expertise in optimizing paid marketing campaigns to ROI goals. Proven track record of successfully growing affiliate programs, with experience operating as a sole owner of a channel to drive business outcomes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms and digital marketing tools. Self sufficient and comfortable building new approaches. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
